I believe in the power of creativity to heal and anchor us in our day to day living. It brings great meaning and purpose for me in my painting and in helping others say out loud their secret, creative dreams.

Creativity has helped me to find:

• My own community when I moved to Canada 2003 from the UK.

• Home in my work after never feeling comfortable in the corporate world as a product / fabric technologist.

• Some calm, quiet and joyful space while living in the utter crazy that is family life.

• A better knowing of who I am and how I work - I am a sensitive who needs her down time and relish it now instead of feeling guilty (most days).

• My love of tea - nah joking - I always knew that!
